The ability to sustain success has risen in society’s collective consciousness in many ways over the last decade. It is now understood that the impact of the purchases we choose assist us in being more wise in our choices and ensures that our actions support the overall health of our planet. Still, it seems that our ability to maintain our own well-being has a long way to go. May times we push ourselves to the point of unceasing exhaustion, all in the name of productivity and success. We run at full speed, leaving no reserves or breathing room allowing us to deal with each of life's unforeseen challenges. Additionally we fail to see that the winning strategy in not always putting forth more effort. In order to maintain success, we must learn how to manage each of the following: our personal energy; our physical strengths; our mental awareness; and spiritual well-being. It is vital for us to establish simple daily practices that will keep us feeling connected, stimulated and strengthened.
