A Little Self-Discipline Goes A Long Way...

A Little Self-Discipline Goes A Long Way

Self-discipline is difficult. While you have the best of intentions, your follow through is not always perfect.

Here is the good news. Several studies have shown that when you deliberately exert self-control in one area of your life, that same self-control will spill over and positively affect other areas of your life as well. When you follow through it programs your brain to begin to expect your actions to align with your intentions.

Self-discipline is also responsible for more positive emotions, strengthening your self-confidence and improving your performance. It is possible for you to experience how much easier life can be when you set a few boundaries. Simply follow the actions below and start making a difference in your own life!

  • Pick one area where you want to improve your more self-control
  • Then, identify what you will do to succeed
  • Finally, follow through
  • Then, Celebrate your improvement!

Prior to receiving his ministry degrees Dr. Newman had a very lucrative sales history. His unique style of selling and training others to sell gave him a leg up on the competition.

Dr. Newman continues to work as a marketing specialist through his consulting firm located in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

Dr. Newman's goal is to see all men find a way for themselves, better their lives and achieve the goals that they have set for themselves.

"The world can be a hard place to exist, but we can make that existence bearable by finding God and using His leadership skills in our own daily lives."
