In fact, if you pay close attention to what you are thinking you will begin to notice how often you make the choice to be critical (and even sometimes downright unkind) to yourself and to others. WARNING: You might not like what you see, but understanding your choices is always the first step. However, when you make the choice to see the best in yourself and others you will be thrilled by the outcome. Simply put, this is done by developing an attitude of generosity, thankfulness and compassion. Here are a few ways you can learn to keep your heart open and bring out the best in everyone.
