What is Pastoral Coaching?

Pastoral coaching is based on each individual Pastor's needs. We fully understand the role of the Pastor as the Shepherd of the flock. Much like a diamond, the Pastoral role can have many facets based on the size, style and denominational beliefs and principles of the church.

Pastoral Coaching is used to assist the Pastor in finding new methods of achieving the goals and demands he may have within the church. From church growth to financial planning we believe God will inspire every Pastor to lead his specific flock to grow. With degrees in Christian Ministry, Christian Leadership and Theology Dr. Rob will listen carefully to the needs and concerns of the Pastor and ask the pertinent questions to assist the Pastor in finding his own solutions. Dr. Rob has been professionally trained to address specific coaching goals from a distinctively Christian or biblical perspective.

Because we believe that the church is the focal point of God's desire to see all Creation come to Him, Encouragement Life Coaching offers these sessions at a significantly reduced rate so that the church will see a quick and beneficial renewing of their Pastor's leadership role.
